• Prices include gas & electricity.
• All bedding is provided please bring your own towels.
• Lodges are available from 2pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. All lodges to be left clean & tidy
• Deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after a provisional booking, with the balance due 2 months prior to the holiday date.
• Cancellation to be in writing, the deposit is none refundable.
• Children must be supervised at all times especially around the lakes & canals.
• Only the appropriate number of people can occupy a lodge.
